Looking for some extra motivation to get moving? Perfect, you’re in the right spot! The Shapa Daily Workout Bingo is a fun way to get you moving each day, especially if you are experiencing cabin fever during these uncertain times. Some squares will be easy, and some you might find slightly challenging…good luck!

Rules

  • The Shapa Daily Workout Bingo is a 7 Day Challenge beginning Saturday, April 18th to add some fun and accountability to your workout routine.
  • Save or screenshot the Bingo card below and cross out squares for each activity completed. *Only one per day*
  • In order to win, you must cross out squares in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line.
  • Once completed, submit your Shapa Bingo Card to the Shapa Facebook Community saying “BINGO” so we can all celebrate with you!
  • Winners will also be announced in our monthly newsletter
