What does a typical Mission look like?
Here’s an example:
Eat something within 2 hours of waking up today. Doesn’t have to be a big breakfast, a banana and 20 almonds works.
Once you receive your mission, choose whether to accept it. We recommend you give all of your challenges a try, if you can. And, we also ask if you accomplished your mission. This benefits you in two ways:
- It keeps you accountable and motivated to complete your mission.
- It helps Shapa learn more about you as you complete missions.
As your journey progresses, Shapa continues to suggest activities for you based on your personality, habits, and environment. Want to customize your goals? At any time, log into your account on myshapa.com and update your responses to the questionnaire! Shapa adjusts your program based on your new answers. Also, you can update what you feel is your ideal weight and age in the app. Just click on Settings and Ideal Age & Weight.
