The Shapa scale and weigh-in ritual is one daily reminder about your health. The Shapa missions recommended in your program within the app are another great daily nudge. Now you’ll also find Shapa curated health tips and motivations most days of the week. The goal of the tips and motivations are to provide you additional ideas and motivation to continue on your journey. Not all days will be easy. But we hope the tips provide a lift when you need it, perhaps an “ah-ha” moment, or even a “hmmm, well that is interesting” thought as you continue the work of living your healthiest self.
You’ll find the Shapa tips and motivations on your Missions tab in the Shapa app. If you read a tip that speaks to you or you want to save it, click the star icon below the tip. This will save the tip in the My Favorite Tips on the side menu in the app. Feel free to revisit any and all favorited tips as often as needed in the app.
