Healthy Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Enjoy a fall classic with this simple healthy Pumpkin Spiced Latte recipe:
- ½ cup coffee
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 mejoodled date (or 1 tbsp maple syrup)
Instructions: Heat the milk and pumpkin puree in a saucepan until it reaches your desired heat. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite fall mug and if you are really feeling festive, add coconut whipped cream with a dash of cinnamon on top! Enjoy!
