There are some couples that take “couple goals” to the next level. You’ve seen them — they make their passion playful and even look good doing it. In celebration of Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating these #instafit couples and their dedication to a healthy lifestyle. Here are a few of our favs:

Talk about couple goals!! Mike and Viv aka “Mr. and Mrs. Muscle” were born in London but now live in Dubai where they post daily HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout videos. This inspiring duo can get your heart pumping from the comfort of your home!

What is more impressive than one Olympian….two! The name Eaton comes from Olympic Bronze Medalist, Brianne Theisen-Eaton and 2-time Olympic gold medalist in the decathlon, Ashton Eaton. When it comes to being an olympian it takes more than just being fit — every detail matters. That is why Brianne became a Functional Medicine Specialist and shares her incredibly delicious recipes for her and her husband. Max and Liz are two registered dietitians, yoga, and acro yoga instructors based out of Dallas. This fit couple strikes incredible acro yoga poses all around the world!
