    Nope! While the creator sets the start date and challenge length, each participant defines their unique goal.

    For the most accurate feedback, we recommend daily weigh-ins, whether you’re in a challenge or not.

    Shapa analyzes a trend line from all your weigh-ins, comparing it to your goal to determine if you’re on track, falling behind, or ahead of schedule.
  • Privacy Concerns?
    Rest easy! When you join a challenge, create a display name for the leaderboard – only the challenge creator will know it’s you.

    No worries! Shapa displays only your display name, the percentage of challenge days weighed, and your goal progress.
